Sweatfest Sunday! 11/1

The more muscle you have the more calories you burn. So today as we count down to Turkey day I give you a 10 minute light cardio mixed with hand weights to jump start your metabolism.


And the next video is a yoga video to use when you need to relax or tone.......not exactly idea for sweatfest sunday but still a worthy mention
