Thirsty Thursday!!

Originally I was going to do Thirsty Thursday all about smoothies and juicing. Well, this first entry will be about smoothies and juicing and next week we'll see what comes up.

There is an ongoing debate about whether or not juicing is good or bad. If it's healthy or unhealthy and realistically you're probably not going to find a concrete answer because it just depends on who you ask really.

For the most part it is said juicing is fine if it is a PART of your diet, but not your entire diet. Like those detox diets where you drink juice 4x a day for a week - yeah not so healthy. Then again you can look up Doctor Oz who think its a great thing and he may direct you to Joe Cross.

Joe Cross made a name for himself by making a documentary called Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead which followed him as he began a juicing diet that would last for 60 days and result in 82lbs lost. He has now went on to do interviews, talk shows, books and endorse juicers.
